Chennai, thành phố lớn thứ 6 của Ấn Độ, năm nay gần như cạn nước vì đợt hạn hán nghiêm trọng nhất trong vòng 70 năm qua. 4 hồ chứa cung cấp nước cho gần 5 triệu người cạn khô.
