Mẫu teen Hà Phương cảm thấy áp lực tột độ, chân run rẩy không đứng vững khi trình diễn bộ sưu tập ‘Darkness and Light’ của NTK Hà Duy.

Hà Phương sinh năm 2005, đang theo học tại THPT Kim Liên, Hà Nội. Cô sở hữu chiều cao 1,76 m cùng vóc dáng thanh mảnh, gương mặt xinh xắn. Tuy nhiên, Phương không may bị cụt tay bẩm sinh do mẹ cô mắc bệnh rubella trong lúc mang bầu. Để giúp Phương vượt qua mặc cảm, mẹ và chị gái đã đưa cô đến công ty của siêu mẫu Hạ Vy tham gia khóa đào tạo. – Một năm rưỡi sau lần đầu được công chúng biết đến, em thấy bản thân đã tiến bộ như thế nào trong nghề mẫu?

– Khi thấy mình có thể tự tin trước ống kính để chụp được những bộ ảnh như gần đây, em có niềm tin và tự hào về bản thân hơn. Trước đây em thấy mình không làm được gì tốt cả, nhưng giờ thì điều đó đã khác rồi.

– Em cảm thấy thế nào khi hai lần đầu catwalk ở sàn diễn lớn đã được giao vị trí mở màn, và còn đứng chung sân khấu với tên tuổi kỳ cựu như siêu mẫu Thanh Hằng?

– Trước đó em mới chỉ tham gia catwalk ở một số chương trình nhỏ thôi. Bởi vậy, khi sắp bước lên sân khấu của cô Thảo Nguyễn ở Vietnam International Fashion Week, em rất sợ, rất run. Cả cuộc đời em chưa bao giờ run sợ như vậy. Em đã phải đấu tranh tư tưởng vì muốn chạy về nhà, nhưng cuối cùng vẫn quyết tâm lên diễn. Tuy nhiên, sự lo lắng, sợ hãi này còn chưa mãnh liệt như ở show của chú Hà Duy. Lần đó em muốn xỉu thật luôn. Thực sự là người em lạnh toát, cứng đờ, tay chân thì chảy mồ hôi. Lúc diễn xong và đi vào cánh gà, em vẫn bị đơ, mắt trợn tròn, không nói được gì.

– Tại sao ở lần thứ hai mà em lại thấy áp lực hơn cả lần đầu như vậy?

– Vì em rất quý chú Hà Duy, chú lại tin tưởng giao cho em vị trí first face, thành ra tự nhiên có một áp lực đè nặng lên vai. Em không muốn làm chú Hà Duy buồn, và nhất là chú đã tin tưởng mình như vậy mà mình còn không làm tốt nữa thì… thôi, chán bản thân luôn!

Thêm nữa, đây là sự kiện lớn nhưng em chỉ có đúng một lần diễn tập, mà lần đó em lại làm không tốt. Em đi sai nhạc nên bị cô đạo diễn catwalk Xuân Lan mắng, chú Hà Duy cũng mắng. Lúc đó em tự trách mình rất nhiều. Rõ ràng em đã cố gắng chuẩn bị tâm lý nhưng không hiểu sao lúc diễn tập, đầu em trống rỗng, em không nghe được nhạc, không làm được gì hết. Em cứ lẳng lặng bước đi như… con ma trên sàn.

Hôm sau, chú Hà Duy chỉ nói nhẹ nhàng vài câu và không nhắc lại lỗi của em, nhưng em vẫn bứt rứt trong lòng. Suốt ba ngày, từ hôm bay vào Sài Gòn tới hôm diễn chính thức, em tự tập ở khách sạn rất nhiều, đi đi lại lại trong phòng và cả ngoài hành lang.

Đến ngày diễn, khi ở trong cánh gà, em run rẩy đến mức có lúc đứng không vững. Kể cả khi catwalk trước khán giả, em cũng vấp váy nhiều lần. Em không biết mọi người có nhìn rõ em bị vấp không, nhưng lúc đó em thấy bất lực và nghĩ: “Thôi chết rồi…”. Em chán mình vô cùng, và phải rất cố gắng để không gục xuống.

– Khi em xuất hiện trên sân khấu, khán giả đã cổ vũ nồng nhiệt. Điều đó giúp ích thế nào cho tâm lý của em?

– Lúc đi ra, em run bần bật. Lại còn diễn first face nữa chứ. Em không tìm được từ ngữ nào để diễn tả cảm xúc lúc đó. Cô Xuân Lan đếm 1, 2, 3 rồi đẩy em ra sân khấu, em cảm thấy choáng váng và cứ thế bước đi. Kiểu như, khi con người bị đẩy đến cảm xúc sợ hãi mãnh liệt nhất thì đành phải buông bỏ sợ hãi và thay bằng sự bình tĩnh. Lúc đó em chỉ nghĩ phải làm sao để diễn tốt nhất có thể, được thì được, không được thì thôi vì không thể làm tốt hơn được nữa. Khi ấy tâm lý em kiểu hơi bất cần một tí thì mới có thể bình tĩnh được.

Nghe thấy khán giả vỗ tay và hò reo, trong lòng em rất vui. Trước đây, em cũng được cổ vũ như vậy rồi nhưng thực sự chưa bao giờ em cảm thấy sự động viên của mọi người lại tiếp cho em nhiều động lực đến thế. Em rất cảm kích vì khán giả đã tiếp thêm sức mạnh, giúp bước chân của em hết run rẩy.

– Em có ấn tượng ra sao về cô Thanh Hằng trong lần đầu được diễn chung?

– Thực ra em không được tiếp xúc nhiều với cô Thanh Hằng. Em vốn rất thích cô Hằng, đặc biệt là vai diễn của cô trong phim Tháng năm rực rỡ. Nhưng hôm đó em bị sợ hãi quá, không có sức để mà hỏi chuyện cô. Nghĩ lại em thấy hơi tiếc (cười). Khoảnh khắc em được chụp cùng cô Hằng là trước khi diễn show. Lúc đấy mặt em đơ cả ra, không biểu cảm được gì hết. Cô Hằng thì khá bận rộn nên cả hai gần như không trò chuyện với nhau.

– Gia đình em phản ứng thế nào về lần catwalk này của em?

– Trước đó em cũng đã mở màn show của cô Thảo Nguyễn ở Vietnam International Fashion Week nên lần này gia đình em phản ứng… bình thường. Điều mà mọi người quan tâm nhất là việc em vào Sài Gòn. Đây là lần đầu tiên em đi đến một thành phố khác, ở đó vài ngày mà không có ai trong gia đình đi cùng. Đó là chủ ý của em vì em muốn tự lập. Mọi người tỏ ra bàng hoàng. Suốt mấy ngày từ khi em báo tin sẽ đi Sài Gòn cùng êkíp chú Hà Duy, mẹ em khóc lóc đòi đi theo. Nhưng khi em về nhà suôn sẻ thì mẹ lại bảo: “Ừ, vậy cũng tốt, để con trưởng thành hơn”.

– Hiện vẫn ở tuổi teen, em sắp xếp thời gian thế nào giữa việc học và tham gia các hoạt động đào tạo, trình diễn?

– Em hoạt động nhiều nhất là thời cấp 2. Em học buổi sáng nên có nguyên buổi chiều để thoải mái đi diễn. Hôm nào phải quay cả ngày thì em có thể xin nghỉ buổi sáng hoặc một tiết cuối, không sao cả. Nhưng khi lên cấp 3 thì em học buổi chiều. Thời gian buổi sáng bị giới hạn quá. Tất nhiên em không thể đi buổi tối vì phải học bài, làm bài nữa. Cả việc xin nghỉ cũng rất khó. Lúc nghỉ, em cảm thấy bất an nên hiện tại em chỉ đi diễn vào cuối tuần.

– Em quản lý cát-xê ra sao?

– Mức cát-xê của em là do cô Hạ Vy đưa ra, và em được giữ 100% số đó. Một vài lần đầu đi diễn, em nhờ mẹ cầm thù lao, nhưng sau đó em nói muốn tự giữ thì mẹ cũng đồng ý.

Với số tiền kiếm được, em trích ra ít nhất 2/3 để tiết kiệm, còn lại để chi tiêu. Em là người không có nhu cầu chi tiêu quá nhiều, hiếm khi mua quần áo, rất ít đi chơi hay ăn uống với bạn bè, tan học là về thẳng nhà. Tiền em tiêu chủ yếu vào mỹ phẩm chăm sóc da. Còn khoản tiết kiệm thì em cứ để đó, chắc sau này sẽ có việc cần dùng.

– Em nghĩ sao về việc tham gia casting các chương trình khác nữa, thay vì chỉ đi diễn khi có lời mời?

– Cũng đã vài lần cô Hạ Vy bảo em đăng ký casting nhưng em không đi được vì họ toàn tổ chức vào buổi chiều ngày thường, em phải đi học. Khi nào có dịp phù hợp, em sẽ tham gia.

– Trước đây em dự định làm người mẫu trong 5 năm, đến khi 18 tuổi, sau đó gác lại sự nghiệp để vào đại học và có thể du học ở Pháp. Kế hoạch này hiện đã thay đổi thế nào?

– Giờ thì em muốn theo đuổi nghề mẫu chuyên nghiệp, cụ thể đến năm bao nhiêu tuổi thì em chưa biết. Khi trưởng thành, em cũng muốn bước trên con đường nghệ thuật, chẳng hạn như học thiết kế thời trang hoặc đồ họa.
